Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Italian and European legislation and governs the preparation, shipment and delivery of products sold by Bagotica.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all sales concluded through Bagotica’s channels.

Shipments are carried out exclusively within the European Union.

2. Couriers and shipping methods

Bagotica uses exclusively professional, tracked express couriers selected directly.

The choice of courier, operational methods and ancillary services is made at Bagotica’s sole discretion, based on the nature and value of the shipped goods.

3. Order preparation

Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment, packaged in accordance with standards appropriate for luxury pre-owned goods, and accompanied by the required documentation.

Orders are handed over to the courier within three (3) business days following payment confirmation.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are applied as a flat rate determined according to destination:

– Italy: €130

– Other European Union countries: €170

The fees include express shipping service, tracking and insurance management.

5. Insurance coverage

All shipments are covered by insurance arranged and managed internally by Bagotica.

No selection or activation is required from the Customer.

6. Delivery times

Delivery times are indicative.

Bagotica shall not be liable for delays attributable to the carrier, security checks, force majeure events or other circumstances beyond Bagotica’s direct control.

The Customer may monitor shipment status using the provided tracking number.

7. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier appointed by Bagotica for shipment to the address specified in the order.

Delivery shall be deemed completed upon confirmation of delivery by the courier, including where delivery is made to third parties present at the specified address (such as building staff, concierge or reception personnel).

8. Damage and loss during transit

In the event of damage to or loss of the product during transit, Bagotica shall, where applicable, initiate the appropriate verification and claim procedures with the carrier and/or the appointed insurance provider.

The Customer shall cooperate by promptly providing any information or documentation reasonably required.

Any refund or alternative solution shall be assessed exclusively upon completion of the verification procedures carried out by the carrier and/or the insurance provider.

9. Non-refundable costs

Shipping costs (both outbound and return), costs related to the management of shipping insurance and payment provider fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

10. Territorial limitations

Bagotica does not ship to destinations outside the European Union.

Any request for extra-EU shipping will not be considered.
