Returns & Refunds Policy

This Return & Refund Policy is drafted in accordance with applicable Italian and European legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU and Legislative Decree 206/2005.

1. Scope

This Policy governs the return and refund conditions applicable to purchases made through Bagotica’s channels.

Sales are carried out exclusively within the European Union.

2. Notice of withdrawal

Customers intending to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Bagotica no later than three (3) days from the date of receipt of the product.

Notice must be sent exclusively through one of the following official channels:

– email to info@bagotica.com;

– WhatsApp message to +39 352 011 5018.

Notifications sent via other channels shall not be deemed valid.

3. Return authorization and procedure

Returns are permitted exclusively upon prior written authorization by Bagotica.

Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, Bagotica will provide the Customer with:

– a dedicated return form to be fully completed;

– detailed return instructions;

– the return address.

The return form must be fully completed and returned to Bagotica before the product is shipped back.

Returns made without prior authorization or not in compliance with the provided instructions will not be accepted.

4. Product condition and security seals

Returned products must be in the same condition as delivered, unused and unworn beyond fitting, and complete with all original components.

For protection, authenticity and misuse prevention purposes, products may be fitted with visible security seals, tags or identification devices.

The removal, tampering or damage of such seals, tags or devices shall render the return inadmissible.

5. Non-refundable costs

Initial shipping costs, return shipping costs, insurance-related costs and payment service provider fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Inspection of returned products

Upon receipt of the returned product, Bagotica will verify its condition.

Refunds will be authorized only after successful completion of the verification process.

7. Refund method and timing

Where approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the Customer, where technically feasible.

Once the refund has been duly authorized and processed by Bagotica, crediting timeframes depend exclusively on the procedures of the payment service provider and/or the Customer’s bank.

Bagotica shall not be liable for any delays, holds or verifications applied by payment service providers or banking institutions.

8. Products damaged or lost during transit

In the event of damage to or loss of the product during transit, the provisions set out in the Shipping & Delivery Policy shall apply.

Bagotica will, where applicable, initiate the appropriate verification procedures with the carrier and/or the insurance provider.
