1. Are Bagotica products authentic?

Yes. All products sold by Bagotica are 100% authentic.
Each item is carefully verified before being offered for sale.


2. Are the products new or pre-owned?

Bagotica offers exclusively selected pre-owned luxury items, unless otherwise stated.
The condition of each item is clearly described on the product page.


3. Where does Bagotica ship?

Bagotica ships exclusively within the European Union.


4. Are customs duties or import taxes applicable?

No.
Shipments within the European Union are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.


5. What are the shipping costs?

Bagotica applies fixed shipping rates, clearly displayed before order confirmation, depending on the destination within the EU.

All shipments are handled via express courier.


6. Are shipments insured?

Yes.
All shipments are arranged and insured directly by Bagotica.
Customers cannot select alternative insurance options.


7. Is Bagotica responsible for courier delays?

No.
Delays caused by the courier are outside Bagotica’s control. Customers may track their shipment using the provided tracking number.


8. Which payment methods are accepted?

Bagotica accepts:

  • SEPA bank transfer;
  • PayPal (EU accounts);
  • Stripe (EU-issued cards and payment links).

9. Do you accept PayPal?

Yes.

PayPal payments are available for orders up to €3,000.

For higher-value purchases, payments are processed via Bank Transfer or secure Stripe card checkout. For large-value orders, Bagotica generally recommends Bank Transfer, as it avoids additional payment processing fees applied by third-party providers.


10. What happens if I choose bank transfer?

If bank transfer is selected, the order is placed in reserved status.
Payment must be received within three (3) business days from order confirmation.
If payment is not received within this timeframe, the reservation is automatically cancelled.


11. Are payment fees refundable?

No.
Any fees applied by payment service providers (such as PayPal or Stripe) are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or refund.


12. Can I request a payment link?

Yes, upon request.
For security and fraud prevention purposes, Bagotica may carry out identity and data consistency checks before issuing a payment link.


13. Do you accept returns?

Yes, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
All returns must be pre-authorized by Bagotica.


14. Who bears the return shipping costs?

All return shipping costs, including any insurance and payment fees, are borne by the Customer and are non-refundable.


15. When is the refund processed?

Refunds are processed after receipt and verification of the returned item, in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.


16. When does the risk transfer to the Customer?

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery of the shipment.


17. Are items always available?

Availability is limited and may change.
Bagotica reserves the right to modify or remove products from sale at any time.


18. What happens in case of chargebacks or payment disputes?

In the event of chargebacks or payment disputes, Bagotica reserves the right to suspend the order and provide all relevant documentation to the payment provider.
