Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Italy within Europe using premium courier services.

Shipping is primarily carried out via DHL Express. In selected cases, equivalent insured courier services may be used to ensure optimal delivery conditions.

Each shipment is fully insured for the full value of the item. The responsibility for the item remains with Bagotica until confirmed delivery.

Orders are carefully prepared and packed to ensure safe transportation. Each piece is handled individually to preserve its condition.

Once the shipment is prepared, a tracking number is provided. You will receive confirmation as soon as the shipping label is created.

We monitor the shipment process and remain available until the item is successfully delivered.

Estimated delivery time:

— Europe: 2–3 business days
